The story of Rita or "The girl with the magic cowlick", harbors two main metaphors, once the girl is aware that she can hear, she chooses when and what to her through the ear of her puppy Pichi; and Pichis's ear, on the other hand, is the metaphor of the cochlear implant. When Rita expresses her intention to learn the language of the hearing humans, she indicates in a metaphorical way the work of all the professionals involved in the education of hearing impaired children.
Rita has a magic power whenever she wants to listen, she can entangle the finger of her right hand in her swirl of hair, and immediately it becomes small to be able to get into the ear of her puppy Pichi and listen to everything she wants.
Live a lot of adventures with the girl of the magic swirl.
"The proceeds from this story will be used to fund Rita's secon implant".
